Important information - Introducing our Vitality programme with Lite Rewards

16 November 2008 sees the introduction of our Vitality programme with Lite Rewards.

  • All policyholders who have a PruProtect Plan that started on or after 16 November 2008 receive automatic membership to a Vitality programme with Lite Rewards, and a premium structured so that it stays level or decreases, depending on how much you engage in the wellness programme.
  • All policyholders who have a PruProtect Plan that started before 16 November 2008 receive automatic membership to a Vitality programme with higher partner discounts but your premium is structured so that it could increase if you choose not to engage in the wellness programme.
  • All policyholders who have a PruHealth and PruProtect policy receive discounts with our Vitality partners based on their PruHealth Vitality reward offers.
