Their focus is to encourage you to be more active in the way you manage and improve your health. Having a health assessment can help you to understand how healthy you are and identify areas that might need improving.
Why should I have a screen?
Having a health screen at the right time could mean that you pick up early signs of chronic conditions such as cancer, or heart disease. In turn, early diagnosis can result in faster and more effective treatment.
How do I earn Vitality points?
We feel its important to keep track of certain key health numbers such as:
- Blood pressure
- Glucose
- Body Mass Index
And we'll award you Vitality points based on these "clinical indicators" within the health assessments you choose to take.
You'll get 60 Vitality points for each eligible clinical indicator you measure. You could get a further 60 points per test result that falls into normal healthy standards, which we call the 'green zone'
