At roadtohealth, your journey starts with a comprehensive health check and a tailored health programme. It’s a unique approach aimed at motivating you to lead a healthier life, whatever your age or health.
Why should I have a roadtohealth check?
The basic screen will help give you a better understanding of your health and lifestyle. You will receive personal advice on how you can maintain a healthy lifestyle and help reduce your risk of future health problems.
How do I earn Vitality points?
We feel its important to keep track of certain key health numbers such as:
- Blood pressure
- Glucose
- Body Mass Index
And we'll award you Vitality points based on these "clinical indicators" within the health assessments you choose to take.
You'll get 60 Vitality points for each eligible clinical indicator you measure. You could get a further 60 points per test result that falls into normal healthy standards, which we call the 'green zone'
How do I book a roadtohealth screen?
Log in to the Member Zone to see where your nearest clinic is located. You will be able to book your appointment online.
How much do I pay?
All members save 50% off the retail price, paying just £32.75 instead of £65.50.
